The timeline depends on the service level and photograph condition. Gentle Touch typically requires 7-10 business days, Expert Recovery takes 14-21 business days, and Complete Archive projects span 4-6 weeks. We communicate throughout to keep you informed of progress.

We accept physical photographs which we carefully scan using professional equipment, or high-resolution digital scans you've prepared. For best results, photographs should be scanned at 600 DPI or higher. We handle physical photographs with appropriate care and return them safely.

Many photographs with extensive damage can be meaningfully restored through our Expert Recovery Program. We assess each photograph individually and provide honest guidance about achievable results. Even photographs with significant missing sections can often be reconstructed through careful digital artistry.

Restored photographs are delivered in high-resolution TIFF format for archival purposes and JPEG format for convenient sharing and printing. All files are provided via secure digital delivery with backup storage options available through our Complete Archive Service.

We maintain strict privacy protocols for all client photographs. Images are stored on secure systems with limited access, never used for promotional purposes without explicit permission, and permanently deleted from our systems upon project completion unless you request archive services.

We can apply historically accurate colorization to black and white photographs when requested. This process requires research into period-appropriate clothing, furnishings, and settings to ensure authentic results. We always provide both restored black and white and colorized versions.
